Mulpagano makes most of his costumes himself – the sequin shirts and even his Elvis jumpsuit after a tailor wanted $4000 to make the custom clothes. Mulpagno made the suit out of a non-stretching material to force him to maintain his weight, and keep in shape. Spandex on Elvis is not the character he wants to bring to the stage. The King Lives!
